Withdrawal

Withdrawal Process

  1. The Enrolling Parent can download the Withdrawal Form
  2. Open the downloaded form with an Adobe application
  3. Fill out the editable fields with the information
  4. Click the "Submit to GCPS" button (this will: open your email account, automatically attach your filled-out form, and send it to the correct people at PDSHS)

*If you have issues with the "Submit to GCPS" button, you can save your filled-out form and then email it to the following address:
pdsregistrar@gcpsk12.org

If you are not able to download and submit the form digitally, the Enrolling Parent can come to school to fill out the paperwork. The Withdrawal packet will be available within 24 to 48 hours.
