Certificate of Enrollment
To receive a certificate of enrollment, please visit the Front Office.
Electronic Alcohol and Drug Awareness Program (eADAP)
To complete the eADAP course, visit the eADAP page on the DDS Website. Students need an ADAP certificate to obtain their driver’s license. This online option is for students who have not taken Health yet. Please note: completing the eADAP does not replace the Health course graduation requirement.
Work Permit (ages 14 and 15)
To complete the Work Permit application, please visit the Georgia Department of Labor. After you complete your section and your employer submits theirs, bring your Minor Security Key (issued after you finish the online application) to the Front Office to receive your official work permit.
